Your new workday:
As a Consultant Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (m/f/x), you’re a key member of our interdisciplinary project teams. You advise companies – from start-ups to global enterprises – on implementing complex Salesforce solutions and bring them to life together with your team. You help clients across various industries make their business processes leaner, more digital, and more efficient, creating a lasting positive impact on their daily operations.
Tasks
How you help us make digital transformation tangible:
- Support the design and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) solutions
- Contribute to the integration of Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) with the Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Assist our sales team with Pardot scoping projects
- Participate in client workshops to gather technical, functional, and non-functional requirements
- Help design and map marketing automation and communication processes, including customer journeys
What you should bring with you:
- At least one year of professional experience in email marketing, marketing automation, or CRM
- Solid practical experience with an industry-standard campaign management tool such as Mailchimp, Hubspot, Marketo Engage, SharpSpring, ActiveCampaign, Freshmarketer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Pardot
- Basic knowledge of email marketing
- Project management experience (e.g. Scrum)
- Solution-oriented thinking and independent working style
- A plus, but not required: Salesforce certifications Pardot Specialist & Pardot Consultant, HTML & CSS skills
