Join our team – even without a traditional IT background! As a career changer in Salesforce (m/f/x), you’ll launch your career in one of the most exciting fields of digital transformation. Together with experienced colleagues, you’ll work on diverse projects, learn how to map and optimize business processes in Salesforce, and gain valuable hands-on experience in consulting. Step by step, you’ll be introduced to the world of the cloud – from the basics to certification. In a professional and supportive environment, you’ll build the expertise that will make you a Salesforce professional in the long run.
Tasks
How you help us make digital transformation tangible:
- Work together with experienced Salesforce professionals on projects – from concept to go-live
- Learn how business processes are digitalized and automated with Salesforce
- Support the consulting team in implementing client projects
- Take on administrative tasks across different Salesforce interfaces
- Analyze and document business processes to map them in Salesforce
- Assist with system demos, trainings, and workshops
- Help solve client requirements and develop yourself into a consultant
- Earn your first Salesforce certifications together with us
What you should bring with you:
- Curiosity for technology, cloud solutions, and digital processes
- Motivation to take on new topics and assume responsibility
- Analytical thinking and a strong sense for processes and connections
- Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in engaging with clients
- Initial exposure to Salesforce or customer projects is an advantage
- Determination, self-organization, and willingness to learn
- Team spirit, openness, and excellent German and English skills
