Your new workday:
As a Post Merger Integration Manager (m/f/x), you support the operational implementation of our post-merger integrations and ensure that new entities are efficiently and seamlessly integrated into our corporate group. You work closely with the Strategy & Integration Management team, take responsibility for day-to-day coordination, and act as the main point of contact for internal teams, tools, and processes. In this role, you bring structure, create transparency, and play a key role in ensuring successful integrations.
Tasks
How you help us further grow the Salesfive Group:
- Implement operational measures within PMI projects in a structured way
- Create project plans, checklists, and status reports to track workstreams
- Coordinate tasks, timelines, and responsibilities in day-to-day operations
- Support the planning and execution of onboardings, workshops, and kickoffs
- Maintain and further develop relevant tools (Confluence, dashboards, etc.)
- Document project progress and independently handle follow-ups and alignments
- Work closely with the team and various departments
What you should bring with you:
- A degree (e.g. in business, communications, project or process management) or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in project management, ideally in the context of PMI, M&A, or transformation projects
- Structured, self-organized working style with a strong sense of quality
- Excellent communication skills in German (fluent) and English (fluent)
- Enthusiasm for tools, processes, and cross-functional collaboration
- Initiative, reliability, and enjoyment in getting things moving
- Willingness to travel (approx. 1–2 days per month)
