Your new workday:
As a Salesforce Media Consultant (m/f/x), you are a key member of our Media Practice. You advise media companies on implementing complex Salesforce solutions and deliver them together with your team. You support clients from industries such as publishing, broadcasting, and streaming in making their business processes leaner, more digital, and more efficient – creating a lasting impact on their digital transformation.
Tasks
How you help us make digital transformation tangible:
Support the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions
Gather customer requirements and implement them in Salesforce Sales, Service, and/or Media Cloud
Contribute to the integration of external systems with Salesforce
Support our sales team with your expertise during business development
Participate in client workshops to capture technical, functional, and non-functional requirements
Help conceptualize and implement automation processes
What you should bring with you:
- At least one year of professional experience in CRM, ideally with one of the common Salesforce solutions
- Excellent communication skills in German and English to convey complex technical concepts in an understandable way
- Good technical understanding and the motivation to independently learn new topics
- Knowledge of the Media Cloud as well as professional experience and process knowledge in the media industry are a nice-to-have
- Ideally, experience with automation concepts such as Omnistudio, (Industries) CPQ, or Revenue Lifecycle Management
