Your new workday:

As a (Senior) Salesforce Solution Architect, you’ll take a key role in our most challenging projects. You will design solution and integration architectures for sophisticated multi-cloud setups and help integrate Salesforce solutions into our customers’ complex IT landscapes. Your scope spans ensuring end-to-end delivery quality and acting as an escalation point for architectural decisions. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with project managers, consultants, developers, and other architects, establishing governance and shaping best practices across projects. Additionally, you’ll mentor our Solution Architects and continuously evolve our architectural methods and standards – always aiming to deliver best-in-class solutions to our clients.

Tasks

How you help us make digital transformation tangible:

Take ownership of solution and integration architecture in complex Salesforce projects and programs
Embed Salesforce solutions into enterprise architectures seamlessly
Ensure end-to-end delivery quality and act as escalation point for architecture topics
Establish architectural governance through design reviews and decision records
Collaborate closely with project management, consultants, fellow architects, and development teams
Mentor Solution Architects and advance our architectural standards on an organizational level

What you should bring with you:

Extensive project experience as a Solution Architect within the Salesforce ecosystem
Deep platform and integration expertise across multiple Salesforce Clouds
Experience in enterprise architecture contexts; knowledge of frameworks like TOGAF is a plus
Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect and System Architect (additional CTA-track certifications are a strong plus)
Use of AI tools as a core part of your way of working, along with the motivation to continuously develop your own AI skills
Delivery-driven mindset and confidence in high-stakes decision-making
Experience mentoring architects and consultants
Fluent German and very good English skills
