Your new workday:
As a Senior Project Manager (m/f/x), you take responsibility for managing complex and strategically important IT projects within the Salesforce ecosystem. From conception and implementation to successful rollout, you serve as the central point of contact for our clients. Acting not only as a project manager but also as a strategic advisor, you create sustainable solutions both internally and externally. You lead interdisciplinary teams, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and apply your expertise in both agile and traditional project management methods to successfully deliver even the most demanding projects. Your extensive experience in Salesforce implementation, consulting, and leadership makes you a key driver of project success.
Tasks
How you help us make digital transformation tangible:
Take responsibility for preparing, leading, conducting, and following up on scoping and project workshops
Independently manage projects with a volume of €100k or more and lead teams of 5–10 people using established project management methods
Contribute to the preparation, communication, and negotiation of complex project proposals
Drive upselling, cross-selling, and the strategic development of existing client relationships
Take a hands-on role in Salesforce implementation and play a key part in finding effective solutions
Ensure successful project delivery in terms of time, quality, and budget
Support the strategic development of our client relationships and consulting approaches
What you should bring with you:
- Confident demeanor, assertiveness, and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- At least 5 years of experience as a project manager in the IT industry
- Initial leadership experience and relevant training
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with both traditional and agile project management methods, including agile project delivery
- Experience in customizing and implementing Salesforce solutions
- Strong background in requirements analysis and process engineering, enabling you to structure and successfully execute complex project demands
- High customer orientation and strategic mindset, allowing you to deliver sustainable project success
- Ideally, prior experience in consulting
- Open and proactive approach to challenges
