Your new workday:
As a Senior Consultant (m/f/x), you are an expert in Salesforce implementation. You manage projects and support our clients – from start-ups to mid-sized companies and large enterprises. In this role, you bring strong communication skills, empathy, strategic thinking, and the ability to provide constructive feedback to help shape the continued growth of Salesfive. You also mentor your team members and support their professional and personal development.
Tasks
How you help us make digital transformation tangible:
- Take responsibility for the successful delivery of Salesforce projects – from requirements analysis and design to implementation and ongoing support
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand the existing customer base
- Ensure the high quality of Salesfive’s consulting services and drive the continuous optimization of processes and methodologies
- Lead, motivate, and develop a highly skilled team of Salesforce experts
What you should bring with you:
- Several years of experience in consulting and implementing Salesforce solutions, including experience in a leadership role
- Proven track record in leading and developing teams as well as managing complex projects
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, its functionalities, integrations, and best practices for implementation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts
- Strong customer orientation and ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant are an advantage
